The notelist had me intrigued.
Im apprehensive with coffee notes but I know Tanaïs can balance it, and they did perfectly. A black pepper tickles your fancy on the open, leaning into a warm and subtly spicy cocoon. Woods and a beautiful Bengali Oud give a solid base to these sultry and sweet nuances.
Sweet but subdued, oud that never goes barnyard boogie on you. Just the warmth akin to body heat, perhaps waking up in a lovers arms. Skin to skin, musk, ritualistic resins to give unspoken depth. I want you is My Favorite TANAÏS!
Scent bubble and sillage is intimate to moderate. Longevity is great at 8-10 hours. Perfect for evenings out with your special someone, night wear, or fall/winter. Ill be getting a 50ml next round haha <3

I love the way this fragrance develops on skin. It has an earthy, sweet, musky trajectory that I can't get enough of. It doesn't smell like anything else in my collection. It's not too sweet, not too intense. It's a beautifully complex composition that is very wearable.

It’s sweet enough for the Femme and citrus-musk enough for the Masc.

I love that this scent clings as opposed to “smother and cover”. It accentuates my natural smell and enhances as opposed to masks.

This scent completely wowed me and I have been unable to stop smelling it. I don't usually love a gourmand scent, but this is perfection. It has a very subtle smokey wood smell. It definitely is not overly smokey. It is also warm and inviting and I have received countless compliments since I purchased it.

First of all I’m SO glad that Studio Tanais offers samples so we can find which scents are our favorite before purchasing a full bottle. I wasn’t sure this would be one of my favorites because I’m not a huge gourmand wearer but I should have known if anyone could make something I loved with notes of coffee and vanilla it would be this line! I’m not super familiar with oud as a note, but the overall effect is addictive without being too “edible gourmand”. The description “becoming one with the wearer” is SO accurate because the dry down took the scent from “good/interesting” to “potential signature scent.”
