Amazing scent! Very photorealistic and calming. It reminds me of visiting the lavender greenhouse in Half Moon Bay CA in the springtime.

I love Ancients. It has taken me time to sink into all that this scent brings forward for me. I was born in the Pacific Northwest and the forest is present in my origin story, my name and as my safe, sacred space as a child. Wearing Ancients is like a homecoming. I am astonished at how profoundly the scents and sensations of the west coast forests are distilled in a liquid I can splash on. I wear it daily and also to bed to lull myself to sleep.

Sugary lavender, wet soil, green moss and ancient, ancient tall trees hiding you from the outside world in their shade. Ancients smells like a walk through the scared woods, like direct link to the nature, like protection spell in a bottle.

This smells like good memories to me. New memories I've made wearing it, and old memories of a youth spent exploring outside. When small felt smaaaaaall and big felt biiiiiiiiiiiiig. When the trees I climbed were friends and schools and homes and escapes. I spray this on and I am transported. In wonder. Dreaming.

I purchased the 10ml and 50ml Ancients after falling in love with the scent in the Dream Woods sextet. I was reminded of the Oregon woods I grew up exploring and that offered me comfort when my community and family wasn’t able to.
